What is a "household" membership?
A household membership covers one family/household attending together (parents/guardians + kids in the same household).
How do guest passes work?
Founding Families include 1 guest (1 person) per pop-up. Building Families include 2 guests (2 people) per pop-up.
Guests must attend with the member household. Guest passes are per pop-up (not banked/rolled over).
When do the 3 free months start?
The 3 months free begins from your first check-in at the physical location and covers one standard household membership.
What does "standard household membership tier" mean?
If we add multiple membership tiers later, your benefit applies to the standard household membership (our main baseline family membership).
Are special ticketed events included?
No. Special ticketed events are separate from membership for everyone. Member discounts may apply on some ticketed events, but they are not included with membership access.
What if the physical location opens later than expected?
Pop-up access is valid for 12 months from purchase. Physical-location benefits activate once the location opens.
